Artificial intelligence “Albert Eggstein” will explain to humans the needs of chickens

Thanks to recent changes in legislation, more than 17 million households in the US already keep chickens. Newcomers naturally have difficulties and various questions, which is why the startup Coop was launched. It is a smart coop that monitors the behaviour of chickens and can “explain” their needs to the owner.

The basis of the coop is a special version of artificial intelligence called “Albert Eggstein”. From the words “Einstein” and “Egg.” (egg). The AI draws information from cameras and microphones of the coop, it constantly collects data on the behaviour of hens, their habits, health, etc. All the information obtained is stored in cloud storage for further analysis.

“Albert Eggstein” can tell when a chicken is sick, what food it likes or dislikes, what problems the chicken community is having and whether it needs to intervene. The AI can predict changes in the hens’ lives, and it also gathers information that comes in handy for veterinarians. Eventually, the coop management app will also include a tele-doctor function.
